Meaning of the name Tan:
Hi everyone, my name is Tan, and I am an independent CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner at TAN Wealth Management. I want to start this video off with a little history about my name Tan, pronounced Tân in Vietnamese, meaning “modern” and “new.”
So it’s no surprise that this is how I build my practice and approach comprehensive financial planning with my clients because it’s my namesake. I apply trusted and traditional concepts that have been effective for decades while implementing modern, Nobel prize-winning methodologies, and the best forward-thinking strategies tailored to my client's goals and objectives.
Now I want to break it down and go over what the T A N stands for in TAN Wealth Management.
T for tax diversification, to decrease taxes and increase spendable income.
A for asset allocation, to successfully navigate the market and reduce portfolio volatility, idiosyncratic risk, and sequence of returns risk.
N for the number of years, to know when to use and invest in which assets.
This is what T A N stands for in TAN Wealth Management.
I also called it The 3D Diversification Strategy. It is one of my favorite financial strategies to diversify your personal finance and increase your financial position. This strategy is extremely powerful when it's done correctly.
