Hi everyone, my name is Tan and I am an independent CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. For today’s educational video, I am going to show you how to share your screen using Google Meet.

2. Click on "Join now" or "Ask to join"
3. Click on "Share screen"
4. Click on "Entire Screen"
5. Click on "Entire Screen"
6. Click on "Share"
How to stop screen sharing using Google Meet:
1. Click on the computer with an upward arrow inside the screen icon
2. "Stop sharing"
If you are not getting audio or video on Google Meet, here are a few things to check:
1. Leave the Google Meet and rejoin. Sometimes Meet does not detect the microphone or camera correctly the first time.
2. Check your Meet settings. In the meeting, click the three dots, then go to Settings, Audio, and Video. Make sure the correct microphone, speaker, and camera are selected.
3. Check your Chrome permissions. In Chrome, look near the address bar for the camera or lock icon. Make sure the Camera and Microphone are set to Allow for Google Meet.
4. Check your computer privacy settings.
On a Mac: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and Microphone → make sure Chrome is allowed.
On Windows: Settings → Privacy & security → Camera and Microphone → make sure browser access is allowed.
5. Close any other apps that may be using the camera or microphone, such as Zoom, FaceTime, Teams, QuickTime, or other browser tabs. After closing them, reload Google Meet.
6. Refresh Chrome or restart your computer. Start by refreshing the Meet page. If that does not work, fully quit Chrome and reopen it. If it still does not work, restart the computer.
7. Make sure Chrome is updated.
8. Try a different browser or device. You can try Safari, another computer, or your phone. This will help you figure out whether the issue is with Google Meet, Chrome, or the computer.
